![]() ![]() We do know that it is in Hammerfell already, which is actually a diverse region where sea and coastlines and large rivers play a big role (lore wise there is a major river that flows through Hammerfell with outlet to the sea and flows through major lakes), so not just the coastline, it's a very maritime part of Tamriel in general, and the coastal areas being very urban as well Maritime is a big part of it and seems like the natural step BGS does where they design tech to be used in one game and plan out future games to use it My current theory from that is… I think we might get sailing ships in TES VI that we can navigate, modify, and have crews for… like Starfield, and it is thematically central to the theme and life of Hammerfell, where maritime culture is a big part of it, as well as privateers/pirates, let alone all the jungle and desert and so on and the rivers.
